Songwriting

LADY OF THE SEA

The lyrics come from a weird book from the 1920s with a bunch of girls camp poems in it. I wrote 3 songs around 3 of the poems, and this one ended up being my favorite. The book was (unfortunately) called Gypsy Bread. This was supposed to be the rough draft, but I never got around to editing it.

GLITTER BALAD

Experiments with making music in Ableton Live. I think the bridge might be my favorite part of the song. (I struggle with self confidence about the lyrics I write...)

THESE LINES

Wrote & recorded this song in 2010 in like 4 hours on a keyboard on the floor with my computer's mic when I was living in Argentina.

CIRRUS

1st Ableton Electronic Experiment. It's alright. I probably shouldn't include it it on here...
